All customers/visitors of this website are bound by the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you deemed in acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

1. Web Content & Usage

1.1We reserve the right to change the content, prices and terms and conditions of use for this web site at any time and without notice. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions. 

1.2 Having validated a sale through our online checkout facilities it is deemed that you have placed an order with FauxLeatherBeds.co.uk. The checkout process allows for additional checking of your details to ensure they are correct at the time of ordering. Our web site will then send you an email confirmation of your order details.

1.3 Acceptance of your order by FauxLeatherBeds.co.uk takes place upon our dispatch of your specified goods. At time of dispatch you will be send written notification/confirmation in writing by email. At the this time, the conract between customer and FauxLeatherBeds.co.uk exists even if payment has not yet completed.

2 When might your order be refused by FauxLeatherBeds.co.uk:

(i) Zero stock availablity;

(ii) When payment can not be taken/completed or authorised;

(iii) If there has been a miscommunication of pricing via the web site.

(iv) If we deem you, the customer not to be eligible for the order in conjunction with our terms and condition.

3. Pricing at FauxLeatherBeds.co.uk 

3.1 Charges for postage, packaging, insurance and other options are set out within the checkout facility of this web site.

 3.2 Pricing is under constant review and we may change these at any time without any notice.

4. Cancellations and Returns

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

(i) Order can only be cancelled if we are notified in advance of your order dispatch. (sales@fauxleatherbeds.co.uk)

(ii) If you have already received your goods or they have already been dispatched then returns can be handled in accordance with item (iii) below.

(iii) An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days following delivery of the goods, there will be a £30 administration cost and a £40 collection charge deducted from the refund. If any other goods are to be returned or exchanged without the order being cancelled there will be a minimum charge of £40 to cover the cost of carriage.

All orders that are specially made for the customer are exempt from the 7 days cancellation policy and are fully chargeable.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the Buyer is dissatisfied with his purchase for any reason he/she may, within seven days of delivery, contact FauxLeatherBeds at ‘sales@fauxleatherbeds.co.uk’ to arrange for collection of the goods.  Any money which you have paid will be refunded within 30 days( minus £30 administration charge and £40 delivery cost, as mentioned), provided that the Seller receives the goods in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to you in their original packaging. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection will not be collected.

Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

All returns must be made with prior arrangement with FauxLeatherBeds and will only be refunded if in original packaging in ‘as new’ condition.

5. Web Site Licensing & Copyright

5.1 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

5.2 Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

6. Web Site Operational Service

6.1 The FauxLeatherBeds Website is usually available 24 hours a day but we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

6.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

7. Customer Conduct

7.1 You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website any material:

(i) that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;

(ii) for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals;

(iii) ;which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK or any other country in the world; or

(iv) ;which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).

7.2 You may not misuse the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking).

7.3 We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clauses 7.1 or 7.2.

8. Linking, Reciprocal & Otherwise

8.1 If you would like to link to this Website, you may only do so on the basis that you link to, but do not replicate, the home page of this Website, and subject to the following conditions:

(i) you do not remove, distort or otherwise alter the size or appearance of the FauxLeatherBeds logo;

(ii) you do not create a frame or any other browser or border environment around this Website;

(iii) you do not in any way imply that we are endorsing any products or services other than our own;

(iv) you do not misrepresent your relationship with  us nor present any other false information about us;

(v) you do not otherwise use any FauxLeatherBeds trade marks displayed on this Website without our express written permission;

(vi) you do not link from a website that is not owned by you; and

(vii) your website does not contain content that is distasteful, offensive or controversial, infringes any intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or otherwise does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We expressly reserve the right to revoke the right granted in this clause 8.2 for breach of these terms and to take any action we deem appropriate.

8.3 You shall fully indemnify us for any loss or damage we or any of our group companies may suffer or incur as a result of your breach of clause 8.2.

9. Customer Web Site Registration

9.1 All registrations should be made for individual usage and not shared between customers or across any networks.

9.2 Your user details are your own responsibility as customers of FauxLeatherBeds.co.uk.

9.3 If we feel you are in violation of these terms and conditions we may cancel your user account/registration.
